• We will send you the registeration form with answer to any questions you may have.
• If you wish, the workshop facilitator (either Nobby Yamanouchi or Bayu Darmawan) can contact you to personally explain about the workshop itself and its benefit.
• Once you are ready, please fill in, sign and send the scanned copy to the following email address. If you are ready to register now, please download the form from here .
• We then send you invoice in accordance to your method of payment.
• Once payment is confirmed the registration is officially confirmed. (Please be advised the enrollment priority is given once it is offially registered. Total number of enrollment is 25 persons)
